Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email address, and any profile details you add.
• Booking information — the classes you book, when, and with which studio.
• Location — used to show classes near you, only when you allow it. You can turn it off and search by area instead.
• Messages you send us — what you submit through the contact or studio demo forms on this site.

We do not store your full card number. Payment details are handled by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider.

• To take and confirm your bookings, and to process refunds.
• To show you classes and studios that are relevant to where you are.
• To reply to you when you contact us.
• To keep the service secure and to detect fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you book a class, the studio receives the information it needs to run the class and check you in — your name and your booking details. Studios do not receive your payment details, and they do not receive information about bookings you made elsewhere on GoFLX.

We share information with service providers who help operate GoFLX, and only for that purpose: Stripe for payments and payouts, Supabase for hosting the application database, and an email provider for transactional messages.

The contact and studio demo forms on this website store what you submit — your name, email, and anything else you enter — so we can reply. Those submissions are used for that reply and for following up about GoFLX. They are not sold or passed to advertisers.

• You can update or correct your account information at any time in the app.
• You can turn location access off in your device settings.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it. Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes are retained for as long as the law requires.
