Terms of Service

GoFLX is a marketplace that connects people looking for fitness and wellness classes with independent studios offering them. Studios set their own class prices and control their own schedules. GoFLX processes the booking and the payment; the class itself is provided by the studio.

• When you book, you pay the studio’s class price plus a GoFLX booking fee. The fee is shown to you before you pay, never after.
• The booking fee is $1.50 on the free Go tier and $0.75 on the FLX+ subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been verified.

• Cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts and you receive a full refund.
• Cancel within 12 hours of the class start, or do not attend, and the booking is not refunded.
• If a studio cancels a class you have booked, you are refunded in full.

GO NOW is last-minute availability released by participating studios up to 10 hours before a class starts. GO NOW pricing is set by the studio. GO NOW spots are limited and are not guaranteed to be available for any given class.

• Studios set their own class prices and their own GO NOW prices. GoFLX does not discount a class without the studio.
• GoFLX takes a commission on each booking made through the platform. The rate is agreed with the studio during onboarding, and the commission rate and amount applied to a booking are recorded with that booking, so later pricing changes do not alter completed bookings.
• Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to the account on the studio’s Stripe profile. The payout schedule is confirmed during onboarding.
• A studio is responsible for the classes it lists, including accurate schedules, instructor information, and the safety of its facilities.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for activity that happens under it. Do not use GoFLX to book on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, and do not attempt to interfere with the service or with other users.

GoFLX is in pilot. Fees, commission rates, and policies may change as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and they will not be applied retroactively to bookings already completed.
